Return & Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your package. If your delivery arrives in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins from the day you receive the final product.

To be eligible for a full refund, the products must be sealed, unused, and returned intact in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To register a return, please visit our Return Portal. This is the fastest and easiest way to handle your shipping request. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.

After your return is approved, you will have 14 days to send the items back to us.

Alternatively, you can contact us at contact@sachajuan.com (please include your full name, address, and purchase details) or use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for withdrawal and send it to us by post (Box 24023, 104 50 Stockholm) or email.

Return Shipping Costs

A return fee of 49 SEK/5€ will be deducted from your total refund. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring the products are securely packaged to prevent damage or loss during transit.

Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day period. You can easily do this by filling out our Electronic Withdrawal Form. Once submitted, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt via email.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items upon reception. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at contact@sachajuan.com or send a letter to Box 24023, 104 50 Stockholm, as soon as possible. Complaints made within two months of discovering a defect are always considered timely. However, if you do not report a defect within three years of your purchase, you lose the right to claim it.

We handle all complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN - www.arn.se).

Please note that you are not entitled to compensation if the only reason for your complaint is dissatisfaction with the product itself.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Sachajuan is not liable for defects or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes general labor disputes, war, fire, changes in government regulations, issues with power or communication networks, or delivery delays by subcontractors.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Recalls

We prioritize your safety. If a product is found to be dangerous or fails to meet our quality standards, we will immediately recall it. Recalls may be initiated by us or at the request of authorities.

If a product is recalled, we will notify affected customers via email with clear instructions on how to proceed. You can return the product for a full refund or replacement.
